Bench Cam Ward asap. Him being in the field is doing more damage than growth. Let a veteran come in n teach him how to prepare. Let him only focus on learning n getting better, rather then preparing for a game as well. If he’s gonna have a chance to bounce back you have to bench him. Letting him play is only causing him to develop more n more bad habits.
