Our Story
City Fit is a business born from passion. A passion to help individuals achieve their goals, live a fitter life and collectively Make The City Fit. We deliver premier on-site fitness and wellness services directly to residential buildings, hotels, and corporate offices. Long story short, we come to you.
City Fit was founded by the Nashville Scene’s Trainer of the Year, Derrick Billups, Jr, in 2016. His vision was to create a new movement in fitness and wellness. A movement that made fitness and wellness more accessible to communities everywhere and to provide a platform for fitness and wellness professionals to put their passion to work.
Our dedication to helping others and creating a premier experience has quickly established us as a leader in the fitness and wellness industry. In just over 1 year our team has formed over 40 partnerships and can be found in Nashville, Raleigh, and Charlotte.
Team City Fit is a collective of personal trainers, group fitness instructors, massage therapists, and so much more. We are a true fitness and wellness concierge making sure that we can provide for any need at anytime. Our team is made up of individuals who are certified, insured, licensed, and dedicated to creating a premier experience.
