As Pilates instructors, we’re here to support you through every stage—whether you’re just getting started or continuing your practice with a growing bump.
Not sure where to begin or what modifications to take? That’s exactly what we’re here for.
Starting with a private session can help you feel more confident, learn what’s safe for your body, and ease into movement. From there, you can transition into group classes (with your doctor’s approval) or continue with privates throughout your pregnancy, and into postpartum.

This Pilates Reformer class focuses on lengthening and stretching the muscles through both static and active movement, while also incorporating fascia release techniques. It’s a great way to restore balance in the body, reduce tension, and leave you feeling more open and refreshed. Spots are running out, sign up in advance!

Twerk Fitness (Dance Class)
Starts Sunday March 8th 11am
To kick off Women’s Month, we’re so excited to introduce a joy-filled new class led by an incredible instructor!
Class Description:
Dancing/Twerking is rhythm, control, strength, and self-expression. In this beginner class, we focus on mastering the mechanics, targeting your hips + glutes and helping you learn how to release + move. Twerking is athletic. It requires strength, coordination, and control but it also releases tension in your hips and helps you loosen up those tight joints and just have fun!
This is your space to take up room, move freely, and reconnect with your body without shame. Every body is welcome. Everybody can twerk.
