Join DRC this Labor Day for a very special Monday Morning Mug - you show up with your running shoes and a backpack/hydration pack, we supply you with the ingredients to make your own ice cream while you run!

Dang! We had a full crew again today, y’all aren’t afraid of the heat and neither are we!
We also had a bunch of things to celebrate today! Number one, we want to wish the happiest birthday! We are so grateful your help and commitment to ✨run✨ DRC and keep it as inclusive, as fun, and as engaging as you do!
Also, congrats to lauren_Sweebs for getting the this week! I’m sure that was refreshing!

🥵🥵 well, Fall called and said she isn’t ready to hit us up yet, soooo we’re just going to embrace the next round of summer weather wholeheartedly! 🔥 Come get some sweaty miles in with us tonight, bring some water, stay in the shade where possible - you know the drill!

The morning air is crisp, the weather is gorgeous, AND it’s time again for our favorite day of the month - the Tuesday b**r hang! 🍻 Join us for a few miles out on the beautiful greenway, maybe someone dumps a bucket of ice water on their head, then we go get b**r/seltzer at a favorite local Donelson spot! 🏃🏾
