YOGA THERAPY WORKSHOP FOR NECK AND SHOULDERS
In this workshop we identify movement issues, learn trigger point compression techniques and apply yoga practices to optimize movement and minimize discomfort. Muscles are designed to be used, stretched, strengthened and lengthened. This session specifically targets issues of the neck and shoulders including structural causes behind:
headaches
shoulder pain
muscle weakness
repetitive use
limited range of motion
This class is appropriate for those seeking freer movement in the area of the neck and shoulders and greater upper body strength and flexibility. So, if you are experiencing limited range of motion, shoulder issues or neck discomfort, please join us for this self-care workshop to bring you more in touch with your body and minimize muscular dysfunction. Yoga for Stress Release – This is a class with a 3-part focus to provide you with tools and practices in dealing with stress and anxiety.
