Herb Encrusted Mustard Salmon 🐟🌿
We love salmon at Alchemy for more than just the flavor.
Salmon is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which help reduce inflammation, support heart health, and aid recovery after training. 💪
If you’re training hard, what you eat matters. Fueling your body with nutrient-dense foods like salmon can help you recover faster, move better, and keep showing up strong.

Save this recipe for your next dinner 👇
Ingredients
• 4 (6oz) salmon filets
• 2 tbsp grainy mustard
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp shallots, finely minced
• 2 tsp fresh thyme (plus extra for garnish)
• 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
• Juice of ½ lemon (+ slices for garnish)
• Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
1️⃣ Set oven to broil and line a baking sheet with foil.
2️⃣ Mix mustard, garlic, shallots, thyme, rosemary, and lemon juice.
3️⃣ Spread mixture over salmon and season with salt and pepper.
4️⃣ Broil 7–8 minutes.
5️⃣ Garnish with lemon slices and fresh thyme.
Eat well. Train strong. Age powerfully. ✨
