Mamas, what does YOUR happiness and fulfillment look like?

Not what everyone else says it should look like- YOUR 100% custom happiness formula.

Mine is:

+ Loving & Communicative marriage. One in which we grow together and work through conflict as a team. We also need to be best friends because once the kids are on their own, we are too and we have to still enjoy each other's company.

+ Healthy, happy, kind kids. I don't give a s**t about their grades, and we work hard to make sure they don't define themselves based on their physical grades, more so that they invest time in their emotional intelligence.

+ Fulfilling, lucrative work. The idea of showing up every day to a job I hate for 45 years is a waste of my life. If it doesn't light you up, it' not worth it. I KNOW I can make a living wage off what I love. Now, my job is to help as many people as I can and scale my businesses!

+ Clear mental health with the coping mechanisms and ability to get through the low points (because there WILL be low points) and be sure of my light in this world.

+ Self love that is so strong that I don't even bat an eye at negative comments. My love for myself will inspire my daughter to love herself as well so it's a win win win.

+ The wisdom to know that the best things to put in my body to fuel it and keep it running effectively. Also to know that a treat won't kill me, balance does exist on my health journey.
