What is Murph?

Murph is one of the most famous “Hero Workouts of the Day” (WOD). Designed to honor fallen U.S. Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael Murphy, it serves as a community tribute performed on, or around, Memorial Day.

For time:
1-mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1-mile run
Traditionally completed while wearing a 20lb (men) or 14lb (women) weight vest.

Scales available for all athlete levels! Come workout, make new friends, and join us for a barbecue after the workout! 🍔🇺🇸
