An except of slides from my presentation on lacing positive mental strategies into all Tennis lessons:

Post Point Analysis 🎾
What was good?

What could be better?

Find a simple solution

Plan for the next point
Keep it simple:

🎯 Target

🎯 Shot selection

🎯 Ex*****on
The best players don’t just play the point — they own the 20 seconds after it.
Most club players skip this completely. Try it in your next practice or match and watch how much calmer (and clearer) the next point feels.
Save this one.

Hi Everyone... I am sad. Dolly Parton died. She was actually my neighbor (completely literally) when I lived in Nashville. I saw her around but never met her. She was an angel of light in what can be such a cruel world. When I spoke at one of my biggest Tennis conferences around the US Open in NYC in 2018 I quoted her... attached is my slide... I thought you’d find it relevant. Rest In Peace and let her legacy live on in our hearts.

This is good advice… for some. If you want personalized advice DM us! This was a specific video for a specific person who sent me a video of her serve to look at. I just thought I’d share with you since most of my videos have been food and rehab lately!
