You learn how to find balance within yourself and through movement. You learn to apply this knowledge to other forms of exercise and to the rest of your life. You learn to work with your breathing. You may think Pilates is something you can’t do but that’s not true. I teach you in a way that helps you find out how you can do it. I help you build your strength and skills so you can find success for your body in the exercises. I help you find what works for your body instead of expecting you to figure it out alone or get stuck. Struggle doesn’t build strength. Breaking it down and finding what works for your body does.
