It's almost guaranteed that a big transformation will take you longer than you expect it to.
The entire process is scientifically pretty slow. But it's worth it.
However, through this journey, you're going to realize how strong, how amazing, and how powerful you truly are.

Waist training- should you or should you not? That is the question.
They are the go-to when women want a dramatic hourglass or flatten and smooth abdomen.
But do they work? When it comes to losing weight or spot reducing fat, nope. All they really do is move the floating ribs and create the illusion of "thinner" by reducing space in your midsection.
However, a waist trainer made specifically for exercise can work in your favor. Simply wear it while doing aerobic activity. It will increase the temperature and bloodflow in that area which may (emphasis on may) breakdown the fat.
Combine that with proper nutrition and a waist trainer can assist you in getting real results and not just an illusion.

If you want to lose fat, there are a couple supplements that can help you. Let me explain:
Caffeine has been proven to speed up fat loss.
More than anything else though, if you want to lose fat then you need to be in a caloric deficit that includes lots of protein. If you cannot get enough protein with food, then add in a protein shake.
Lastly, you want to know the best supplement for fat loss? Hard work. That means a little cardio and weight training 🏃💪

The Fat Loss formula is actually pretty simple.
Eat in a caloric deficit, left weights 3-5 days a week in the gym, and do HIIT on a few off days. That's it. It's not complicated and it works like crazy.
You don't need to detox or cleanse, you don't need to drink apple cider vinegar, and you don't need to do long boring cardio.

Thank your rock today.
That person who has been beside you through your journey, who is always there when you need someone to lean on.
The person who you can REALLY give the nitty gritty details about what you're going through.
The person who gives you encouragement and justifiable criticism when it's needed.
Life ain't easy, but it's easier when don't go through it alone.
So who's your rock?
You may not even talk often, but thank them today. Call them, send a text, buy them lunch, give them flowers, write a card, etc.
Let them know how meaningful it is to have them there with you, supporting you through life.

How often are you hitting that reset button?
If you're like me, the answer is probably often. I've been eating out more than I should lately. I have a pile of work to do. Sometimes life isn't your bestie.
It's cute to paint the picture of everyday being a success story, but the reality is that we have to reset all the time.
Hit that button as many times as have to. If you have to start over every single day, just know that you're not alone. Do this:
• Identify your priorities and try to delegate the rest.
• Knock some sense into yourself.
• Clear the clutter around you. A messy space is reflective of a messy mind.
• Set some boundaries. Be stingy about what you give your time and attention to.
• And cut yourself some slack. You're supposed to be your own cheerleader.
