Welcome to the world Bo Flaherty!!! He was 9 pounds 13 ounces and 21.5 inches long. My life was forever changed the day he was born and I’m so in love with this little guy already. I’m so so so happy and proud to be your Dad. So excited for my family and friends to meet him soon. Finally to my wife ... I’m just in awe of you. You were incredible last week and I’m more in love with you than ever... if that’s even possible. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you to everyone for the love and support last week. You know who you are. We love you guys!

This one is called '100's with Abs'

This is a great workout for a recovery day. A tempo workout for any sport to stay in shape. This can be an easy day to get moving, or a very tough workout, depending on your personal needs.
