Hanging from the bar doesn’t look like much… until you try to control it. Toes to bar will test everything your grip, your core, your timing, and your patience. Rush it and it falls apart. Dial it in and suddenly you’re flowing.
Small sets turn into bigger ones.

Grip starts to fade, legs start to burn… and that’s where the real work begins. Carries test your core, posture, and toughness. Lunges build balance, control, and staying power.

Saturday morning vibes ☀️ Barbells loaded, doors open, and the weather showing out. Nothing better than throwing down with your people when the sun’s shining and the music’s up.
Team of 3 today and yeah… it was a tough one. Legs burning, lungs working, and no shortcuts in sight. But that’s the best part you’ve always got your crew right there with you, pushing, pacing, and picking you up when it gets heavy.
Misery loves company… and so does progress 💪

Yeah… this four-rounder got spicy real quick That 30-minute time cap? It crept up on you.
