🏆 Congratulations to Chris Zumpano, PGA!

We’re proud to celebrate our Director of Golf, Chris Zumpano, PGA, on being named the Middle Tennessee Golf Professional of the Year. This honor reflects his leadership, passion for the game, and dedication to our golf community.

Chris shared:
“I am honored to be named Golf Professional of the Year. This recognition belongs to our entire golf operations team and to our membership at Hillwood. Thank you for your passion, commitment, and support as your Director of Golf.”

We loved seeing all of the great smiles at yesterday’s Brunch with Santa! He checked it twice, and all of our Hillwood families made Santa’s nice list!

Our Children’s Baking Class was a sweet success!
The kids learned how to make a warm fruit cobbler, practiced piping the perfect pumpkin pie, and blended up a cinnamon-spice “Smilkshake” (our smoothie–milkshake combo!).
A big thank-you to Chef Craig and Chef Amber for guiding our young bakers and making the afternoon so fun.
Such a festive way to kick off the holiday season! 🧁🎄

Our annual Haunted Hayride had some new twists their year with a new path around the golf course with some not-so-friendly faces! Thank you to all of tonight’s attendees for continuing to make this one of Hillwood’s best traditions!

Hillwood welcomed award winning author and golf historian for his first American event to discuss his new book Allan Robertson of St Andrews, The King of Clubs, 1815-1859. Roger also detailed his upbringing in Northern Ireland, his fascination with golf and St Andrews, and the stories behind golf’s historical figures.

We loved hosting the overnight Camp Out on the Range for our members! Inflatables, s’mores, great food, water bottle designing, games, and more! 🏕️🔥

Congratulations to the 2025 President’s Cup champions, Jeremy Jones and Allen Huggins! They prevailed in the 60-team field and outlasted 11 other teams in the championship shootout, including the runner-up team of Fred Anderson and Mark Lawrence with a par on the final sudden death playoff hole.

Check out the action from Friday’s matches in the 2025 President’s Cup! Two more matches await in the morning before the championship shootout around 3:30, followed by the couples party tomorrow night!

The first Foot Fault at our new Racquets complex was a smashing success! Congratulations to the six division winners!

📚 School’s back in session, that means it’s time to look back on Summer 2025 at Hillwood! It sure was a memorable one, we are looking forward to a fun fall and rounding out 2025 with a bang! ⭐️

Rosè Fest, Fourth of July Festivities, Racquets Member/Guest, Flatbelly “Animal House” Couples Party, Alice in Wonderland Tea Party, Movies by the Pool, Swim Meets, and more!

Congratulations to the 2025 Flatbelly Champions, Evan Malone and guest Parker Hanks! Evan and Parker defeated Nathaniel Beaver and guest Mathew Wallace on the second playoff hole of the shootout. It was a great tournament overall, cheers to all the competitors! 🥂⛳️

🎆 Thanks to everyone who celebrated with us this weekend! We kicked it off with Night Golf, had a blast at the pool, golf & racquet center, and wrapped it all up with an epic firework show! ☀️
