Come learn what Wednesday Night Racing is about and how to get started.

We would love to see some additional boat owners join us at the line. It took a little encouragement for most of us to get started. But once we did, we found it worthwhile to carve out time in the middle of the week to prioritize this rewarding activity.

This is also for those of you who like to crew and strategize. You are vital to Wednesday Night Racing too. No experience necessary, just an eagerness to learn and continually improve.

PPYC's racing season started off strong with our Force Five Regatta.

Congratulations to yesterday's Force Five winners. We are starting the season off strong!

1st place: Jackson Miller on Ambush
2nd place: Paul Latour on Itch
3rd place: David Curtze on Scooter

The wind was light starting out but filled into a moderate breeze that allowed for a couple of races. There were 7 boats racing, all in the spinnaker class. There were S2's, J22s, a Johnson 18 and a Benetou competing. Many thanks to the race committee, and PRO Sam Beckman. Additional thanks to Jim Millman for coming from HIYC to help out and Paul Heintz for making the trophies.
