Zumba + Dance Fitness at the Global Education Center

09/19/2026

🍂 As the seasons change, one thing remains constant — the arts matter.

Right now, arts funding is under more pressure than ever. Programs like ours at the Global Education Center depend on every source of support to keep our doors open and our community moving, learning, and healing through culture.

One of the easiest ways you can help? Your license plate.

80% of Tennessee Arts Commission grants are funded by the Specialty License Plate Program. That's not a small thing — that's what keeps cultural arts programs alive across all 95 counties.

✅ Visit your County Clerk
✅ Ask for the TN Arts Commission plate
✅ Tag fees are prorated — no waiting for renewal

🎨 Did you know a license plate can fund the arts?
In Tennessee, the Specialty License Plate Program provides 80% of the grants awarded to arts organizations across all 95 counties — including programs right here at the Global Education Center.
When you swap your plate, you invest in dance classes, cultural education, and the community-building work that makes GEC possible.
Here's how easy it is:
✅ Visit your local County Clerk's office
✅ Ask for the Tennessee Arts Commission License Plate
✅ Swap your old plate (tag fees are prorated — no waiting!)
✅ Drive around Nashville repping the arts every day
