Achilles International - Nashville

Tomorrow is Global Running Day and we are celebrating with Fleet Feet Nashville and Brooks Running !! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃🏾

IF YOU ARE RUNNING - bring water if possible! They will have one water stop on the course, water fountains after the run and vendors, but best if you BYOW (bring your own water). 💦

Check out this fabulous group of Music City Tri finishers. We think they are all fabulous!!!! Way to go Team Grace with Taylor guiding, Jerry, Julie all did the sprint. Andrew was in beast mode as was Bryan.

Needed 1 guide for the Dash at the Castle 5k on June 28, 6 PM. This is not one of the Achilles team runs however there is one athlete interested in running it and needs a guide....pace around 15 minute mile

We had a huge squad come out tonight to soak in the sunshine and get some miles in! What a nice break from all the rain we’ve been having. ☀️ There were lots of new faces and many familiar ones as well, and we are starting to feel summer in the air! 🏝️

Another fun and beautiful weather night for Achilles this past Wednesday! A bittersweet farewell to our fabulous guide Katie but thankfully she will join the Achilles Charlotte Chapter! Lucky them!

A fiesta, a fond farewell to Sara Harris as our Achilles Nashville Assistant Director (but yes, she will still come to practice on and off), and a fun night of celebration. San Antonio Taco Co. was yummy as was Julie Nidiffer vegan cake and Skye Weissend cupcakes. Katie Smith made a knock off Dollywood cinnamon bread that was just as good as Dollywood. Thanks to Sarah Roberts Hart for all her help tonight and kudos to sister Minna Singer for coming along to celebrate.
