10 years ago in L.A. I found myself needing the rebuild everything from the ground up. the simplest things are often the best parts of the recipe. I had a daily mantra that I made myself say everyday. At first it was ”Breath, Stretch, Release, and Smile.” The first month it was smile that finished the mantra… eventually every month I would change it to anew focus bc the months mediation on the word made it part of a mental focus. If this helps you take it on and here’s to this last half of 2022. 🙏🏽🌟

They always say, “Everything in moderation”. however I don’t think it applies when a system is weakened or health par levels are low. The body is a wonderful living combination of systems all working in harmony to balance against all odds, heal limitlessly, and do your bidding when you ask. My Zen Green Smoothie:

1 organic Celery Stalk
1/2 organic Avocado
2 handfuls of Salad mix with Sponach
6 oz of organic O.J.
A whole Banana
2 tbsp of organic yogurt
Blend well and garnish with some Avo. It’s sweet but not too sweet. Coconut, almond or peanut butter can be added for more protein.
