The Moves & Grooves kids got to try out a new baking activity recently, and it was a pretty sweet time! 🥣

This activity was part of our life skills curriculum, where students learn practical skills such as cooking, kitchen safety, following directions, teamwork, and meal preparation!

Whipping up some delicious pancakes as a team gave students a hands-on opportunity to practice those skills while building confidence and independence.

We recently hosted a Family Engagement Night at Thurgood Marshall Middle School! Our students and their families had the opportunity to learn about plants, and even got to plant their own flowers.

Our free summer camp program starts today!

We are proud to give our students the opportunity to step into the worlds of design, creativity, and community impact through the Summer Design Lab! Students will get to learn about urban planning in an immersive environment.

We will explore 3D modeling, sketching, digital design tools, and hands-on projects while learning how to create meaningful community spaces for the Moves & Grooves Art Center!
