Every day is different and unique.
And today, I am feeling a deep sense of gratitude for the practiced (most the time messy) ability to surrender to Spirit. The remembrance that control is an illusion.

The illusion of control used to make me feel I had some sense of safety.
The natural progression I have walked and witness my clients walk on this path is to at first be afraid of this realization- that control is an illusion.

Then, as we walk this path of exploration into the self and Spirit, we develop a sense of faith and trust in something greater- something more intelligent and loving that we can begin to grasp with our minds. There is then a step into liberation and surrender into the unknown.

Because at the deepest level, you begin to understand no matter what happens, there is something guiding you, and holding you in unconditional love. Our source.

Not all days do I feel this. It’s a practice of forgetting so that I can remember again. Over and over.
I will say life is a lot more peaceful and fun when I lean into the arms of faith that it’s all going to be okay. It always has been okay. It always will be okay. At some point.

Dear momma,
Thank you for letting me use your womb to bring my stardust self into human matter on this planet. Thank you for caring for me and loving me for the last 25 years.

I am in awe of how you made it through the things you have in your life. Thank you for always being there- no matter what.

I deeply treasure our relationship and love the deepening that we are doing and the friendship we have created and I look forward to more.

Hi guys. I’ve been hyper focused on this women’s event for a few weeks now.

Recently, I have been feeling deep gratitude to be a woman in this lifetime.

This year has been full of profound transformation and healing that has been laser focused on my inner child and the feminine/masculine energies that lie within us all.

I have spent the last two years diving deeper into what it means to have a womb- the sacred gift as a woman to be the divine portal for life to enter this world.

I spent years disassociated from my body and especially from my moon (menstrual cycle.)

I was not educated on what was going on within my body- and the natural cycle and evolution women experience each month.

To be in tune with my moon cycle has changed my life. I feel deeply connected to my feminine being- knowing when to honor my need to slow down, and also when to take advantage of my cycle when my hormone levels are up and I feel activated and energized to get the things accomplished.

***ic.alchemy has taught me the importance of paying attention to the themes that arise during my menstrual cycle and the subconscious patterns, beliefs, and trauma that want to be seen, felt, and released.

I cannot recommend Nadine’s work enough to any woman wanting to dive deeper into the ta***ic arts, their feminine essence, their moon cycle and so much more.

Yesterday, we traveled to Costa Rica. I have always desired to come here as I am a jungle baby. I thrive in the warm sun and humidity.

After hours of traveling by air, we landed in Liberia and got our rental car. We had rented a GPS to get us to Nosara- a two hour drive from the Liberia airport.

The roads here are very windy and filled with potholes. They only have manual transmissions to drive- luckily knows what he’s doing. 😉

We started our adventure to meet our friend at a local restaurant in Nosara.

After being in the car for what ended up to be 3.5 hours- we arrived at the restaurant... or so we thought.
We called Rich and told him we arrived and soon realized we were not in the same location.

The gps had taken us two hours in the other direction! Now we were only an hour away from San Jose and 4.5 hours away from Nosara!

Jimi and I burst out laughing and made a change of plans to stay in a small town called San Ramon.

I had remembered my dear sister saying she was close to San Jose and I had been praying we would align here in Costa Rica.

After reaching out, Elizabeth said we could do a dinner the next day (which is today) and that our other dear sister was in town as well.

Joy filled my heart as I realized that Spirit completely guided the ship and as always we were being led exactly where we need to be.

We found an adorable bed and breakfast in San Ramon owned by a beautiful Costa Rican woman named Elaina. She is such a momma and has taken wonderful care of us. She cooked us a delicious breakfast.

Here in Costa Rica- they eat rice and beans everyday. For breakfast they call this Gallo Pinto.

Elaina says they try to live the purest life here and that the breakfast was made with all organic natural ingredients.

She says “Pura Vida” is the term for everything here. This translates to pure life. You can say Pura Vida in response as a way of saying thank you, you’re welcome, really everything from my understanding.

The coffee here tastes amazing- clean. They grow it here in San Ramon. With the climate being consistent, the coffee can grow well.

I love it. Pura Vida! ❤️

This book has been on my radar for years. For whatever reason, I didn’t pick it up until this month- I believe I wasn’t ready for it.

It’s dense and filled with ancient archetypes and stories that our culture deeply lacks & needs.

I take it one chapter a night- needing time to digest and integrate the teachings and lessons this beautiful writing has to offer.

My teacher recommended this book and then my dear friend and trauma therapist recommended it to me one week later- and so I listened to the calls of the universe guiding me and ordered it.

If you are feeling pulled towards an ancient calling, the wild woman within- I highly recommended this read.

It invokes something primal, beautiful, free, and untamable. I love it.
