Absolute animals. 🔥
No, seriously… this workout was TOUGH. But not only did everyone show up—they pushed themselves to the next level.
We’re beyond grateful for everyone who came out yesterday to train with us and stick around for post-workout recovery at .
A HUGE thank you to for letting us host at their incredible gym. Their space was top-notch and couldn’t have been a better fit for yesterday’s workout! If you are local to Nashville- this space is a must visit 🙌🏼

Massive appreciation for for letting us use their incredible space as our venue today. Nothing better than dipping into a 40° cold plunge & 194° sauna after a badass workout.
We know there are a million ways people can spend their Saturday afternoons, so we are insanely grateful for those who showed up, showed out, and put in some seriously hard work today.

💧 We will have drinks & water for everyone, but please bring extra water & electrolytes for yourself. You will want to come hydrated (don’t worry, you’ll sweat it right out)!

🏋🏼 NO- you do not have to have a fancy weighted vest or ruck for this. Create weight in any regular backpack. Check our pinned post for alternative weight options. There will be a good amount of movement in this workout, so try avoiding weight from cans so they don’t clink around the whole time.
