Ace Of Clubs, Nashville Tn.

There seems to be some controversy about the Ace not serving Bud Light so let me set the record straight. When we opened Bud Light didn't exist so Bud and Miller Light were our biggest sellers. We at that time were the largest buyers of any restaurant in N;ville of Bud and Miller Light. Thats right, we were a restaurant selling over 50% food. Wink Wink! Thats what it took to have a Liquor License. When Bud Light was introduced I didn't want to sour my relationship wit my suppliers, Miller Light from Det Distributing and Bud from Ajax Turner. I thought Bud Light would diminish Miller Lights sales and I had loyalty to both companies.
* Back to the Liquor License. In 1989 there were no bars in N'ville just restaurants with bars in them. you had to sell over 50% food. Every year they would audit us to see how much food we sold. People ate ice, chewed on straws, tied knots in cherry stems and
enjoyed Lemons & Limes. That Food, Right?
