NPC IFBB Nashville Fit Show

2027 PLANNING STARTS NOW!
The next NPC/IFBB Nashville Fit Show starts taking shape long before anyone steps on stage. ✨

Planning for 2027 is officially underway—including conversations with the IFBB Pro League about next year’s lineup!

As we explore the options, we want to hear from the people who make this show what it is: our athletes, coaches, and fans. 🤍

We’ll be asking for your input over the next several days, so keep an eye out for your chance to weigh in. In the meantime, you can vote on IG on which IFBB Pro Division you want to see on the Fit Show stage in 2027!

Who’s already looking ahead to the 2027 Fit Show? 👀

There’s so much more to competing than just training and dieting.

That’s exactly why we’ve been expanding the Nashville Fit Show blog — to bring competitors REAL education, advice, and conversations that help support women both on stage and beyond it. 💕

Our two newest blogs cover:

✨ Competition suit stress & how to make the process easier

✨ Why competitors often age faster during prep + how to better support your skin health

Up NEXT:
✨ Competitor Newbie Series Q&A with First-Time competitor and Show Promoter will release on June 5!

Whether you’re preparing for your first show or your tenth, these are the kinds of conversations every athlete needs to hear.

Thinking about competing for the first time but have NO idea where to start? You’re not alone.

In Part 2 of this new series, first-time NPC competitor Lisa Lenderman sits down with Whitney Wiser Savage — competitive bodybuilding veteran with nearly 20 years of experience as a IFBB Pro Olympian, NPC judge, on-stage expeditor, and show promoter — to tackle the questions that keep beginners up at night.

In this episode:
• What do you do when you hit the wall?
• How do I know if I am progressing?
• The comparison thing. Can we just talk about it?

If you’re new to or even considering competing — this series is for you.
