Here's a great exercise for both your legs and your core! This one looks really simple, but there are some tricks to getting the most out of it.

Our friend Carrie dropped by for a workout today and Wink was nice enough to keep her company while she did her planks! Working out at home has never been so fun or fluffy π»

Friday's workout has one of our favorite exercises, the Tactical Lunge. Not only does this one work the legs and glutes, but it's also a very sneaky core exercise.
