Late night workout in. Mentally,I didn't want to do it. Physically, my body was craving it. Life has been lifing HARD and today's workout I pushed through all the big feels and emotions. It's workouts like this where I find such gratitude for movement. These workouts are the best when it's out of discipline and dedication to the work you are putting in for yourself. Not temporary feelings of motivation. The moments you decide and BOSS UP ๐ช๐ผ๐.
