We believe in the power of business as a tool for transforming lives. That's why we support small farmers in our area, purchasing their coffee by paying them on-time, with better wages than they've received in the past.

We are proud to do business this way, and want you to know that when you drink our coffee, you are part of this story. Thank you for helping us go beyond our own farm to help families on our mountainside in Honduras experience abundance.

What makes our coffee "cultivated with dignity"?

🌟 Our workforce is 100% women, led by a female farm manager, raising the bar for gender equity in agriculture.
🌟 We offer free healthcare for all employees, including women’s health exams and dental care.
🌟 We give scholarships for junior high and high school for employees’ children, as well as adult education opportunities for employees to complete high school.
🌟 Our compensation is above local averages, providing dignity and stability for employees and their families.

Farm

Much like life, there's always growth and change happening on the coffee farm.

Our team recently spent a day preparing soil for a new coffee nursery. It's hard work out in the sun, but at the end of the day the team still has smiles to share.

A reminder for your afternoon: Take a breath. Step outside. Drink your coffee slowly.

The work will still be there in a few minutes.

Behind every cup of coffee you enjoy is lots of diligent work, done by hand. Our farm team takes pride in the final product - and for good reason!
