Loved having Danielle Eron PT, DPT, OCS come hang with us and talk all things pregnancy, postpartum + beyond!
Thank you for coming out and talking with all of our moms, soon-to-be moms, and anyone who wanted to learn more about fitness before, during, and after pregnancy 💪🏼
Staying active through pregnancy can look different for everyone, but movement and strength can be such an important part of feeling good, staying connected to your body, and building confidence through each stage. And postpartum is a journey of its own — there’s no rush, just learning how to move and get strong again when your body is ready.
So thankful for Danielle sharing her knowledge, answering questions, and encouraging our community to keep moving through all stages of motherhood🫶🏼

The best part of SHED? The people. 💛
Every workout is another chance to get stronger, push a little harder, and do it alongside a community that’s cheering you on every step of the way.
No matter where you’re starting, you belong here. Show up, put in the work, and let the results speak for themselves.
See you on the turf, Bellevue. 💪
