A big congratulations to and .e ! Today they graduate from physical therapy school! A long road, and a whole lot of hard work went into this. Well done!
If you’ve ever heard Ethan or Olivia discuss their craft, you can feel the passion and proficiency. No doubt they will both be excellent therapists, and help a lot of people live, feel, and perform better.
Team Breakthrough is proud 👊🏽

Breakthrough Legend: Travis Sondgerath!
Mayor of the 6:30, Papa Trav, King of the Streets. Others call him Travis. It takes a legend to have so many nicknames- and a legend he is.
A morning staple, Travis has been the model of consistency from the start, and ranks 2nd in all-time attendance with 1597 check-ins! He is hardworking, coachable, and good to others, just the sort of member we hope to build a culture around. Travis is an avid disc golfer and board gamer, with a wit and sense of humor that always makes circle time better. He is a good hang inside and outside of the gym- relaxed, funny, intelligent, and interesting. I appreciate how he remembers what you say and can engage in conversation on a wide range of topics (e.g., our hundreds of sports podcast discussions). Hailing from Indiana, an alumnus of Purdue (Boiler Up!), Travis is consistent and reliable, not flashy or flaky. He is as midwest, friendly, and down-to-earth as his trademark open-box-like container he carries into the gym every day. IYKYK.
In his early days at CFBT, Travis’ fitness reputation was focused on his excellent running. Over the years, he has grown stronger and more well-rounded, becoming especially proficient in hanging gymnastics and moderately loaded cycling for reps. His legend workout salutes all three sets of skills and will test our lungs and grit.
Travis, thank you for spending an hour with us every morning. Through all sorts of seasons, you’ve remained steady, uplifting, fun, disciplined, and kind. Forever the mayor of the 6:30 am, I can’t imagine the class without you. You are the sort of member who makes it easy and enjoyable to wake up early and open the doors. I can speak for every one of your coaches over the years, it is a real pleasure to have you with us. You’ve helped shape our Breakthrough community, and we sincerely hope our time together is just getting started.

Truly a legend!
Note: Travis does not have an IG, so go show him love in the members app, or text him!
