Join us Monday, August 31 for our monthly Yoga & Kayak Social starting with an all-levels outdoor yoga session overlooking Percy Priest Dam, followed by a scenic ~3 mile paddle down the Stones River. 🧘‍♀️🛶

We paddled through another unforgettable weekend on the Cumberland River, soaking in Nashville’s skyline, country music energy, and some incredible memories made along the way. From first-time paddlers to returning adventurers, thank you to everyone who joined us for a unique view of Music City during one Nashville’s most fun weekends of the year.
