2️⃣ Single arm cable tricep push down
3️⃣ Straight bar cable curls
4️⃣ Single arm overhead tricep extension (DB)
5️⃣ Incline lying curls
6️⃣ Banded KB curls

3 sets
8–12 reps each
Rest 45–60 sec

Short on time but still want a solid sweat? Save this one.

15-minute bodyweight HIIT you can do anywhere, no equipment needed.

Format (6 rounds):
• 30 sec each movement (2 minutes of nonstop work)
• 45 sec rest between rounds

Movements:
– Walk-out push-up + shoulder taps
– Jump squats
– Seesaw lunges (switch legs at 15 sec)
– Crab toe taps

12 minutes of work + a few short rest breaks and you’re done.
Perfect for busy days, travel, or when you just need to move and break a sweat.
