Diana is a Ukrainian refugee from Zaporizhzhia, a city that has endured repeated heavy russian attacks throughout the war. Despite these extraordinary challenges, she has shown remarkable courage, resilience, and determination.
Diana is also a talented and strong young lady whose dedication and spirit inspire everyone around her. We are excited to support her journey in Shotokan Karate and look forward to seeing her continue to grow.

Today we had the honor of training with Allen Renfrow Sensei and his Budo Traditional Karate dojo in Owensboro, KY.

It was truly special to reconnect with old friends and spend time training together. Sensei’s thoughtful, in-depth teaching and his approach to karate reflect a true and very honest way of life. Also, we always truly appreciate the friendly and supportive atmosphere of the dojo.
