☀️ The weather doesn’t get easier. We get better at adapting.
Summer training means early alarms, extra water bottles, and a little more sweat on the floor. But it also means building resilience, consistency, and confidence one workout at a time.
A few reminders as the temperatures climb:
💧 Start hydrating before class, not during it.
⚡ Add electrolytes on especially hot days.
🚰 Don’t wait until you’re thirsty to drink water.
🏃♂️ Expect your pace to be different in the heat—and that’s okay.
😴 Recovery becomes even more important.
The goal isn’t to survive the summer. It’s to keep showing up, training smart, and making progress all season long.

Murph has a way of humbling you. Whether it’s your first or your tenth. It was never meant to be easy. The miles still feel long, the reps still burn, and somewhere in the middle you still question why you signed up in the first place.
But that’s the point.
What makes Murph special isn’t that it gets easier. It’s the people beside you who help carry you through it. The cheers between rounds, the shared suffering, the extra push when your tank feels empty. Community changes everything.
