This Mother’s Day at Iconix Nashville, we’re celebrating movement, connection, and the women who have always shown up for us. Whether it’s your mom, stepmom, grandmother, mother figure, daughter, or best friend — this weekend is about spending time together in a space that makes you both feel good!

9:30AM — Pre + Post Natal Pilates with Alexia Degremont
A low-impact, intelligently designed Pilates class tailored for expecting and postpartum mothers.

11:00AM — Move with Mom with Kathryn Karmazyn
Our interactive mother/daughter Pilates experience designed to move, laugh, and connect together.

8:30AM — Queen B Rhythm Ride with Megan Caillouet
A Beyoncé-themed ride full of energy, empowerment, and iconic hits.

All mothers and daughters attending will receive:
• A gift card to Earl’s + drinks (while supplies last)
• A guest pass to use this month
