I accepted the the Summer of 2016. Today I completed . Vermont is a beautiful state. The autumn colors were popping. The is a small race of #100+ runners. Be ready for hills.

Boxing is a full body sport. It is upper body (arms), lower body (lower body), and brain (remember punching combinations AND coordination ). Put some on the person's name in the ring. It is hard work.
1 minute intervals
1-Wall sit 2-Plank 3-Ball slams 4-Jump rope 5-Rest
3 minute intervals
Round 1 - A-Jumping jacks B-Punching combos
Round 2- A- B- Jab Cross
Round 3- Punching combos and 10 squats every 30 seconds
5 minute Stretch down
