We’ve been friends for over 15 years and I still prefer the hangouts where we go to lunch and talk instead of the ones where he strangles me and pulls my skeleton apart. 🤣 Big thanks to David Pitt for helping me stay sharp and keep a white belt mind.

Big thanks to the Bange-Adkisson crew for training and supporting the gym for 15 years! Of the 5 kids, the oldest just turned 22 and the littlest, at 8, is the youngest kid to ever get enough mat time to pass the kids’ black belt test. A family full of accomplished kids is a strong testimonial to Mom being a model of consistency and continued education.
