Coach Donita said it best:
“It was the year of the line.”
Because if the line doesn't move people, the players behind them can't do what they need to do.
And that's something that doesn't always show up on a stat sheet.
Linemen don't get the touchdowns.
They don't get the highlight reels.
They don't always get the recognition they deserve.
They just show up and move people.
This season, our offensive line earned more individual awards than any other season in Music City Mizfits history.
And one of those awards went to a player who put together one hell of a comeback season.

COACH DONITA HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH MAREN… ��
She kept getting too close to the line of scrimmage.
The coaches would yell at her.
Maren's response?
“I’m just trying to make a tackle.”
And honestly… that pretty much sums up Maren Kreid.
She did everything the coaches asked of her—and then some.
When there was a play to be made, Maren wanted to be the one making it.
This past weekend, she was named the 2026 Music City Mizfits Defensive Player of the Year. �
Congratulations, Maren. You earned it. �

ONE LAST NIGHT TO CELEBRATE ONE HELL OF A SEASON. 💜🏈
Last night, the Music City Mizfits came together for our 2026 Season Banquet—and there was plenty to celebrate.
Our top players were recognized with money bouquets 💐💵, we celebrated the accomplishments of the season, and we got one more chance to sit in the same room and appreciate the people who made this team what it is.
And then there was Rane Moffitt.
Our 2026 Player of the Year. 🏆
Coach Donita told the story of Rane taking the field against Derby City with her feet bleeding—and still playing for her teammates.
That's commitment.
That's toughness.
That's being a teammate.
