Getting Old Hickory Lake ready for the big stage! ♻️ 🎣 With the World Bass Enterprises Champions Tournament coming to Old Hickory Lake next week, October 28–November 1, volunteers came together today to help clean up and care for one of Tennessee’s Bill Dance Signature Lakes.

A big thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves to help keep this incredible lake clean and beautiful for anglers, visitors and future generations!

One of Tennessee’s Bill Dance Signature Lakes will host the World Bass Enterprises Champions Tournament, October 28–November 1, with three days of competition and a $1.25 million grand prize on the line! (WBE | The Champions)

A little history, a lot of natural beauty! 🎣 Spanning 34,200 acres and reaching depths of up to 210 feet, Norris Lake is one of East Tennessee’s most impressive lakes.

Created in 1936 with the completion of Norris Dam on the Clinch River, the lake was part of the Tennessee Valley Authority’s first major project under the New Deal.

Originally built for flood control, water storage, and hydroelectric power, Norris Lake is also known today for its scenic shorelines, incredible fishing opportunities, and endless ways to enjoy the outdoors.

We’re bringing the community together to help clean up Saunders Ferry Park and the surrounding lake area, and we’d love for you to be part of it.

There’s no lake in Tennessee quite like Reelfoot. 🎣 Located in the northwest corner of the state, this 10,247-acre lake is Tennessee’s largest natural lake, formed by a series of powerful earthquakes in 1811–1812.

Today, Reelfoot Lake is known for some of the state’s best fishing, making it a must-visit stop for anglers.
