Huge congratulations to Natick’s own Will Wood! From his early days playing right here in town with his Natick RedHawks teammates to making major waves at Xaverian Brothers High School, Will has officially committed to play Division 1 football at Penn State University—and he’s only a junior!

Will was a dedicated part of Natick Youth Football & Cheer for many years, growing up through the program, building the foundation, work ethic, and love for the game that helped get him to this incredible moment. It’s so special for our community to watch one of our own rise through the ranks and achieve something like this.

This milestone is also a huge moment for the entire Wood family. Success like this starts at home, and we have to give a special shoutout to his amazing mom, Amy. As a former Vice President of Football and Secretary for NYFC, Amy poured countless hours into our program—working behind the scenes, supporting athletes and families, and helping shape the experience for so many kids in Natick. Her impact on NYFC over the years has been lasting, and seeing her own son reach this level makes it even more meaningful for all of us.

The entire Natick football family is incredibly proud of you, Will. We can’t wait to watch you!

What an incredible few weeks it’s been for Natick Youth Cheer! From first-time athletes trying something new to our returning cheerleaders sharpening their skills — the energy, effort, and spirit showed up every single Wednesday. 🙌

Tonight marked our final clinic, and it couldn’t have been a better way to close it out. The growth, confidence, and teamwork we saw from this group was amazing to watch. 💫
