has made a lot of progress over the past few months. He started his fitness journey at 195lbs (32% body-fat) and is now 154lbs (19% body-fat). We are looking forward to helping him progress further and reach his full potential!

Our client has made a substantial amount of progress. As a student-athlete at Colby College, he played football at 250lbs. Since working with us, he leaned down to 190lbs and is in fantastic shape!
