So close to hunting season for us here in Mass. work hard...be ready. Ambush Ready!!!
3-5 Rounds
12 Front Raises
12 Side Raises
12 Bent over Face pulls
12 Push ups
Only 1 or 2 rounds of you are in season. Do not over fatigue you muscles.
45 second draw and hold. Let down yo
15 pushups20 step back lunges holding your bow
Repeat for 7 rounds
Here’s an opportunity to spend some time in that portion of our draw it is very uncomfortable for lots of us. It’s a quick four minute workout have try at it.
4:00 minutes
20 seconds draw and stabilize in the let off zone.
20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes
3 Rounds:
5 Elbow to push-up plank
10 Angels #10
20 push ups
30 sit ups
40 Lunges (20 Front 20 back)
30 sit ups
20 Push ups
10 Angels
5 Elbow to push up plank
Rest 3 minutes between rounds
