So proud of this guy! When he first came in he was shaky doing a basic step up. Now he can hold 20 pounders and step-up no problem. I also had to chase him down as he outran me with 125 pounds on the sled today. Keep it up Claude, youโre killing it! ๐ฆพ๐ตโ๐ซ

Since January I have lost 75 pounds and I owe Jina and the program a huge thank you!
Even though I was a fitness professional I could not get control of my weight no matter how hard I tried. It was a huge source of embarrassment for me, especially as a fitness professional, and I knew I needed help. I called Jina who has been a nutritionist and health coach for 30 years, to sign up for the Empower Weight Loss and Lifestyle Coaching program and Iโve never looked back!
After researching GLP-1โs, I decided to start Zepbound in January as well. I was absolutely fed up with the food noise in my head, and Zepbound was extremely effective at helping me with that, which helped me stick to a plan. GLP-1โs are not magic though, and they were not going to make me healthy or get me to my goal weight alone. For that, I needed a plan, accountability, support, and proper coaching, which is where Jina and the Empower Program came in to play.
I knew that starting a GLP-1 or even just losing a large amount of weight could leave me with a worse body composition than I started with. I wanted to lose body fat with limited muscle loss, and this is no easy task! It takes a lot of resistance training, protein, good nutrition, and support. The goal was for me to get healthy, not just skinny, and for that I needed real guidance and support.
Since joining the program and working with Jina, Iโve changed my whole life and my whole relationship with food, and that is something that a GLP-1 alone was not going to do for me. I love the classes, the coaching, the support, and the community that they have built there. So shout out to Jina, Jill, and the whole Empower team! I have the best clients!! surprised me today with chocolate covered Oreos with my log on them. And also some bird themed ones for !! They are incredible!! Last pic is the fun stuff she did for โs kindergarten graduation!! So talented in and out of the gym!! Iโll throw in a training video just for kicks! Thank you Laura; for being a hard working client and of course for bringing me chocolate lol!

Proud of this one right here! Blazed right through Wildcat A & D (two 4,000 footers) in no time! All that consistent training really paid off! Although she was always an avid hiker says everything felt so much better now that she has been strength training for almost 2 years and that hiking is more enjoyable now! Whether your goal is to get faster on the trail or be able to play with your kids/grandkids on the floor, we are here to help you achieve it!

IโM SO PROUD OF THIS WOMAN! She trained consistently to hike Mt. Washington, notoriously one of the most difficult hikes in the world! Watching her come into view at the top was one of my proudest moments both as her friend and personal trainer! (aka Roomie) you absolutely slayed the mountain ๐๏ธ and your training leading up to it!! Iโm ridiculously proud of you!๐๐ช๐
