What happens when you get a “life” injury?
You know, those injuries that sneak up and sideline you seemingly out of nowhere.
Those injuries are that are frustrating, painful, and overwhelming to say the least.
Those injuries that occur because you’re living your life: carrying your kids, working your job, driving your car, sitting over your computer.
Life injuries are something we totally understand.
And it’s the hot room we turn to to help us get out of pain and back on track.
Movement = medicine, and you never have to do too much. Going back to the basics, working the foundation, moving slowly, and of course sweating is so important to help your body regain range of motion and stabilize.
And if you’re feeling nervous or insecure about moving slowly or not being able to “keep up”?
Let us just put those fears to rest.
Every single one of us who works here to Hometown Sweat from the teachers to the staff (and especially all of the students!) have experienced life injuries. We all turn to the hot room to help.
We get it.
We see you.
WE TOTALLY 100% KNOW HOW YOU FEEL.
And we will be here to support you as you sweat your way back to feeling your best!
