Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication gave us the freedoms we enjoy every day.

From all of us at The Metrowest Academy of Jiu Jitsu, we extend our gratitude to those who served and especially to those who never made it home.
