I would like to congratulate Elena G who completed Reiki 1 training yesterday at the Villari's Martial Arts Center in Natick. She is now a member of over 30 in the Reiki group!

Reminder that I will be teaching a Reiki 1 certification class this Sunday February 21st. No prior experience is needed for this level. I will go over Reiki history, linage, 4 part attunement, certificate, the practice of Reiki and be a member of our Wellness Group. Water and snacks will be provided. Reiki 1 Certification Class

There will be an introduction to Reiki class scheduled for February 21, 2016 at the Villari's Martial Arts Studio in Natick. The class will be conducted by Master Beef Mazzola, Reiki Master/Teacher/Master of Masters, 6th Degree Black Belt. In this session a discussion on what is Reiki, the history, the lineage, common Reiki questions, 4 part Usui Attunement, self Reiki, Reiki on others. Attendees receive a Reiki I Certificate and workbook, water, snacks and breaks.
