🎙️ FACILITY CHRONICLES // THE MIND OF NATE B.

Let’s take a look inside Nate B’s head as he begins a grueling 8-hour picking shift...

Behind the wheel, the calculations are already underway. 1:17 p.m. on a busy Saturday means staring down an estimated 45,000 golf balls scattered across the turf. To the untrained eye, it looks simple. But Nate knows the reality of what it takes to execute 28 precise picks and reduce that field to absolute zero.

From here on out, the radio goes silent and the isolation begins. For the next 8 hours, he isn’t just an operator—he’s a trucker, and Golf Driving Range & Academy is very lucky to have him.

It’s the kind of thinking they rehearse during practice at KOHR— so on the course, they can recognize trouble, avoid costly mistakes and commit to the shot.

Getting out on the course gives our players the chance to put everything they’ve learned into practice. They experience different lies, changing conditions and the pressure of competition—all while building their confidence and golf IQ.

And for the players and coaches, it’s a whole lot of fun.
