Vertical Pole Studio is honored to provide Navarre and the Emerald Coast area with high quality instruction in a safe and encouraging space. From introductory students to advanced, Vertical Pole Studio strives to offer an assortment of classes and workshops that anyone can enjoy. We are located at 2278 Hwy 87 in Navarre, FL; inside the John Duncan Plaza. We are proud to provide a unique group fitness experience in a community that is fun yet challenging. Vertical Pole Studio is designed for everyone, regardless of age, shape or fitness level. You’ll receive a total body workout, that will leave you feeling empowered as you work toward your fitness goals. You will get stronger and build more confidence than you ever thought possible! Pole & Aerial combines strength training with fluid dance movements to build core strength, arm strength, flexibility, and endurance. In addition to being a fantastic workout, Pole and Aerial Classes are a lot of fun! Our staff is dedicated to providing a safe learning environment for developing movement, exercising effectively, creating consistency, and so much more.

Get ready for 75 minutes of fun, flirty, and empowering chair dance with Rhema!

This beginner-friendly workshop is open to all levels—no previous dance experience required. During the first hour, Rhema will guide you through a sultry chair dance routine designed to help you feel confident and powerful.

For the final 15 minutes, we’ll turn the lights down, turn the music up, and give you the freedom to let loose and perform! Leave your worries behind, embrace your sensual side, and discover just how capable you truly are.

Best of all, this workshop is coming to both VPS locations!

Wear anything that makes you feel confident, comfortable, and amazing! Join the Halloween fun by wearing a costume or colors such as black, orange, or red. Whether your outfit is daring or more reserved, the choice is completely yours.

👠 Heels are optional—but always a sexy addition! If you prefer to dance without heels, please bring socks.

🖤 Knee pads are highly recommended for added comfort during floorwork.
