We took a great group over to Gracie Humaita St. Louis for an excellent seminar with Master Royler Gracie this weekend. Thank you to Jw Wright & Ann Wright for hosting; we always enjoy seeing you guys. Looking forward to repping the new material in the coming weeks and months 😎

We lost our brother and training partner Gavin Mckinney yesterday in a motorcycle accident 😫. He always brought great energy to the room and we are blessed to have had the times we did with him. Our Power-Ranger crew won't be the same without their pink brother 😢. Always remember to let your loved ones know how much they mean to you; we never know when our last chance will be 💞
