Why Do We Practice Basic Gymnastics? 🤸♀️
When most people think of gymnastics, they picture handstand walks, muscle-ups, and other advanced skills. But at GSC, we focus on the basics first—and for good reason.
Movements like hanging from a pull-up bar and holding a handstand against the wall help develop body awareness, coordination, balance, grip strength, shoulder stability, and core control. These foundational skills improve not only your workouts but also how you move and feel in everyday life.
The goal isn't to become a gymnast. The goal is to build a stronger, more capable body that can move well for years to come.
Whether you're working toward your first pull-up, improving shoulder health, or simply building confidence upside down, mastering the basics is where progress starts.

Coach Aidan is heading to Daytona Beach June 12–14 to compete in the Atlantic Coast Classic and we know the GSC family is going to show up loud 💪

Place on Ezekiel bread, on top of a salad, or use to stuff a pepper!
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
-100 g Avocado (1/2 avocado)
-1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
-1 tbsp Red onion
-1 tbsp Celery (Chopped finely)
-5 oz Solid white tuna (1 can)
-Salt & pepper (For taste)
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1. Place the avocado in a bowl
2. Add chopped onion, celery, lemon juice, and seasonings and mix well
3. Drain tuna, add to bowl, and mix again
4. Place on Ezekiel bread, on top of a salad, or use to stuff a pepper (not included in nutrition facts)
5. Optional: add other veggies (carrots, cucumber, peppers)
6. Enjoy!
