🔔📣NEW CLASS ALERT 🔔📣NEPTUNE CITY WITH DAYANA Dayana 🎪 Dayana 🇭🇹

Looking to diversify your skill set and create more variety in your content? This hybrid Aerial + Pole class combines traditional pole training with a rotating specialty aerial apparatus.🤩

Each class will include a pole trick plus a short flow sequence on a featured apparatus, such as (but not limited to) aerial chair🪑, aerial umbrella hook🌂, aerial square, aerial net🎣, aerial loop straps, or aerial pole. The specialty apparatus will change each week, giving students the opportunity to explore new skills, shapes, transitions, and creative movement.

Students are encouraged to request a specific apparatus or trick in advance.

What to Wear: Bring leggings for aerial and shorts for pole.
Class Level: Beginner–Intermediate

Coming to Lovely Lioness Pole & Aerial Neptune City starting September 23, 2026,
✨Intro to Pole: Choreo & Spins with Candice ✨ will be Wednesdays at 12 - 1 PM.

🩵Class Description🩵
Explore your personal style in this introductory-level pole class, combining the basics with musicality through spinning pole dance combos.

Learn the basics of pole dance, including tricks, twirls, climbs, and rolls, with a special emphasis on choreo and spins. Class includes a focus on entering a spin, transitioning between moves, and polishing technique.

No experience necessary, but consider taking at least 1-3 Pole Newbie prior to taking this class, if schedule allows. Pole Newbie is NOT a pre-requisite, but others have found it to be beneficial to start at a slower pace.

What to wear: shorts and a tank top, no lotion on hands or body, no jewelry. Bring water.
