All Lax LLC Girls lacrosse club teams, camps, clinics, training, etc coached and directed by Megan Douty - 3x Gold Medalist & 11 year veteran of Team USA!

All Lax LLC provides lacrosse programs that are designed to teach all skill levels the proper techniques and mechanics to increase their talent and to help them perform at an elite level. The primary goal at All Lax is to help each athlete understand that there is more to becoming an elite lacrosse player than just practicing lacrosse. Each program has been designed to incorporate lacrosse skill work, strength and conditioning sessions, and nutrition talks to ensure that all athletes that come to each program will leave with a better insight on how to truly maximize their potential.

Jenna brings high-level playing and coaching experience to our program. She played collegiately at Stony Brook University and currently serves as an Assistant Coach at Trinity Hall.
